These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Auto Pin Flow website, dashboard, and Chrome automation software (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a license, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Licenses
- Each license is valid for one (1) computer and is locked to that machine's hardware ID (HWID).
- Licenses are personal and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or transferred except via an approved HWID reset.
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for the duration of your active subscription.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Plans are offered on a monthly, 3-month, or annual basis at the prices shown at checkout. Payment is collected through our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) or supported manual methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer). Manual payments are activated after verification, typically within 1–2 hours.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and at your own risk. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of automation complies with the terms of service and policies of any third-party platform (including Pinterest and Google Chrome). You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software;
- Use the Service for spam, fraud, or any illegal activity;
- Circumvent the hardware lock or license validation system.
5. Third-Party Platforms
Auto Pin Flow is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Google, or any other platform. Automating actions on third-party platforms may carry risks, including account restrictions imposed by those platforms. You accept these risks.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, uninterrupted operation, or compatibility with future versions of third-party platforms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Pin Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or third-party account access, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
