1. Eligibility
You may request a refund within 3 days (72 hours) of your initial purchase if:
- The software does not run or activate on your computer, and
- Our support team was given a reasonable opportunity to help and could not resolve the issue.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made more than 3 days after purchase;
- Subscription renewals (please cancel before your renewal date);
- Issues caused by violating our Terms of Service, or by restrictions imposed by third-party platforms;
- Change of mind after the software has been confirmed working on your machine.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@autopinflow.com from the address on your account, including your license key and a short description of the problem. We may ask for details to help troubleshoot first.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by provider (typically 5–10 business days for cards/PayPal). Manual-payment refunds (JazzCash/EasyPaisa/bank) are returned to the account you paid from.
